the most proper way to lift, just yesterday I spent the entire day lifting the objects weighing around 150 lbs the same way and I felt great ,it was more like a free gym training

Does this prevent me from get slip disc because i work in warehouse everyday carry heavy object @English Guru

Yep it does prevent it. Just follow each step in the video, especially avoiding rotational movement as that makes your spine most weak against forces

How do you lift from a shelf that is over your head? And no stool.
@WazigeLogica5 жыл бұрын
Hello Steven B Did you find the answer yet? I'm looking everywhere but can only find tips on lifting from the ground up. I work as a courier delivering groceries and these crates are stacked above shoulderheight as well.. Up to 40 pounds per crate at times. I guess the straight back is most important here as well but I have to kind of move underneeth the crate/ object to keep the groceries from falling on my head. So if you or anyone has any tips, THANKS A MILLION.
