5:19 I don’t even have extensive knowledge of Bashir’s actions but for him to sit a victim of child abuse down, ask questions until they experience psychological trigger, and continue after given verbal stress that they did not want to be asked such questions - it makes me nauseated. I can’t help but see a little bit of what I imagine it must be like for Britney Spears when I watch this all these years later. A man who was literally the biggest star in the world not wanting to show his dance moves and saying he’s embarrassed and shy. He was made to perform as a child much in the same way Britney was and despite the love he must have gotten from it there must have been a bit of PTSD attached to it too.
