I am now an artist developer in the industry. Back in the 80s I was a performer not only at Disneyland but in a New Wave band and also went to high school with some noted famous musicians. I first met MJ at a mix in private party at Disneyland in 84, and was with him for the premiere of Captain E0. I'm also friends with a few guys who have stayed over at Neverland many times. I and every person "boy" who stayed over at Neverland as well as as crew people, and others in the industry that knew him --Nothing ever happened. He was found innocent after many investigations and court case. Sad and tragic that such a true humanitarian gentleman and of course great artist who cared about the world, humanity, animals was vegan had to deal with so much of this toxic attacks. There are always people out there to make a buck and try to take take down the creative geniuses, and visionaries. RIP MJ, an artist that inspired me on my own career path through my life and though I didn't know him well, a man that made me laugh, and encouraged me to towards perfection in my own artistry. He is greatly loved by millions.

I am 62 and grew up with MJ music watched the Jackson 5 cartoons etc etc saw him in 1988 at Wembley a big fan. I still have my ticket for the ‘This is it tour’ which sadly never happened. The day Michael died I was on holiday in southern Spain when the news broke I cried like a baby, I didn’t know him personally but a bit of my world stopped as I realised an era of brilliant master ship musically had gone, right there in that moment. I still wonder what beautiful powerful music might be produced today, something no one sadly 😢will ever know. In regards to the allegations who really knows that’s the greed of certain humans to make mischief, I watched the two trials like millions across the globe, my heart and soul remained focused on the music and special talent Micheal gave us and his musical legacy, the rest I leave to those who have a more negative energy, for myself I listen closely to the words in his music which echo an amazing structured theme to the upside down 🙃 world events and challenges we all currently see, it’s very spooky. Music written way beyond the years!

Whenever I meditated/pray as a child and later as a young adult for Michael I often cried because I felt his pain. My heart and instinct told me he was innocent. I often still cry and my heart ache because for me as a child he really help me through his music to heal the grief of loosing my father in 1991. I hold on to his music and dance. I was singing at the time; Jam, Keep the faith, Heal the world, Black and White...,( I skipped the adult ones at the time Heheheh... now I love it), as a 10 yo girl. I only knew Spanish at the time but I spent endless hours with a dictionary to translate and get the essence of the message in his music. Was very helpful to learn English! Later in his case of 2003 I was a young adult an I understood that he was a father, that his kids were deeply hurt and he was suffering again unfairly. I was so confused that he was going though all of this. I studied later his case and once again was very clear that he was innocent. Today for me he is a life mentor because even through deep pain (physical and psychological) and many moments of vulnerability he never stop to serve the humanity and do what he love the most. It is unbelievable that he worked so hard even with his diseases; Lupus is a debilitating autoimmune disease that debilitate the person at so many levels and decrease the immune system, and the medications and disease cause fatigue as well, so I believe the mask was more to protect his lungs and prevent some diseases. That is without mentioning the Vitiligo, depression and pain. Side effects of those medication can also be terrible, which unfortunately he was mismanage with horrible incompetent Doctors! He is an environmentalist, humanitarian, advocate of equity and human rights and civil rights and a healer. He teach me every day that going through hard times is not an excuse to not help each other, protect Earth and fight for your dreams. I still pray for his grown up kids (Paris, Prince and Biggy) and hope from the bottom of my heart that some of the accusers stand up and say the truth publicly soon. Thank you for doing this video. I investigated Tom Sneddon during the time of the 1993 case. He was a member of the Santa Barbara Mission, which was ground zero for pedo priest. In 1993, 34 boys accused 7 friars of molestation and it was a major scandal that disappeared from the landscape although years later it became even bigger. At this time, Sneddon said he was use to go up there all the time. Something didn't add up here. He focused so much on MJ and ignored the real abuse at his own church.
@Raelynn-nl5rd7 ай бұрын
@@mjmedia09returns I see...trying to cover his own guilty tracks by going after an innocent man. And is it ANY coincidence that both Seddon and Larry Feldman were involved at the prosecution forefront of BOTH molestation cases against Michael? The original Chandler civil suit in 1993 (and its subsequent failed criminal procedure) AND the 2005 criminal trial with the Arvizo's. The word "sketchy," doesn't even begin to cover the conflict of interest there... Why nobody publicly bothers to bring up these simple, provable facts that just *might* turn the tide back over to Michael's favor- or at least get people thinking- is beyond me. (And when I say publicly, I don't mean here on YT, although thankfully comment sections like these help me build my own defense stance; I mean during those broadcasted interviews by the mainstream media. Sure, they might try to shut us up, but if someone got at least a few provable facts in, it just might have gotten people thinking.)

Why weren’t the boys ever physically examined after the alleged abuse? I council child abuse victims and know for a fact that there is physical evidence left behind. Children’s bodbodies are small and underdeveloped so after sexual assault there are always injury that can be detected quite easily. If the assault happened in the past there will be obvious scarring.

I'll update you on the latest events in the Robson - Sufechuck Vs Michael Jackson's Estate trial. There was a meeting of the parties a few days ago where the Estate REFUSED an OUT-OF-JUDICIAL AGREEMENT proposed by the lawyers of the two accusers, saying that it was ABSOLUTELY not interested in reaching it but rather proposing a trial start date for August 2026, the time necessary for the lawyers of the Estate, with once again at the head the great Mesereau, to prepare all the documentation and the numerous testimonies. There has not yet been a consent from Robson-Sufechuck's lawyers to that trial date. Now, logic says that if a person has suffered something as serious and traumatizing as sexual harassment, the anger they have inside would first lead them to obtain the public condemnation of the culprit and THEN to obtain fair compensation, especially if the culprit is a star. Anything but an out-of-court agreement. In this case, however, is it the accused who wants to go to a public trial? 🤔This makes it clear that their goal is not to go to trial. They have already exposed themselves😂😂😂😂😂

They act like MJ was Robert Kelly or Jeffrey Epstein. I believe MJ had an issues with intimacy, but just because he hung around kids doesnt mean he was a monster. He didnt live in the "real world" and didnt even have a traditional life/lifestyle. All he wanted was people to look at him as a human not as a King of Pop, and he found that in children. Unfortunately there are sick people in the world that do hurt the innocent but I think it was greed and power and money hungry adults that wanted to tarnish his legacy by any means necessary. And look where those people are now.

Michael was different from Epstein… Michael’s taste was way younger. Most of the Epstein girls was in their late teens and they got a lot of money for it. Still bad but you can’t compare that to someone who literally dated 10 year old boys.

There are two important points about this. 1) I was able to read documents that confirmed that the insurance agents for the history world tour paid Jordy the money. However, there was a top secret meeting with the insurance agents and Michael Jackson, they told him that they where going to pay Jordy the money, and the document clear as day confirmed that Jackson did not like that at all, the phrase was "over and above the protestations of Mr Jackson." Apparently he had no control over this because it was the insurance agent that gave Jordy the money. 2) At the beginning of the 2005 trial Jordy was invited by the judge to testify and talk about the first allegation but he never turned up, when given the chance to testify. Of course that would then have left him open to cross examination from Jacksons Lawer Tom Mesaru.
