It was great to meet you Ava! I can't wait to hear about how great you do in the 4th grade! I decided to bring back the classic animated intro and outro. What does everyone think?! Should I keep it in our new videos for a while? :)

Having worked with special needs in high school these videos make me so happy for my experiences. I will never forget Melissa who had downs, and would have the biggest smile when we would play games in the gym and always wanted to give me a hug. It was an honor being her peer tutor and I have always and still will stand up to those that bully.. That has always bothered me.

My sister has Sotos Syndrome with the deletion of the gene, giving her increased intellectual impairment. She is now 31 years old and brilliant in so many incredible ways 🥰 she is forever a child in her mental capacity and as her caretaker, she never ceases to make every small engagement the most amazing thing ever.

My sister has this. There are some differences, I'd say my sister is a bit less clear in general and for example her talking is worse. So far she hasn't had bodily issues. But so many things are the same, like her smile and the way she reacts. She's a really sweet girl with a precious soul and although it can be tough to connect with her on a deeper level I love her so much and it's easy to see the bond is there

Hi Chris and Ava! I also have Sotos. I was bullied too as a kid. I’m 38 years old now, and I take care of kids who have many different abilities. Ava, you’re a sweetheart. Just continue to be yourself. Chris, I love how you give a voice to those who are different. I’ve seen several of your videos, and I love how you also advocate for those with mental health issues. I have anxiety and OCD myself, so I do relate. I think they are related to my Sotos, among other things.
