I've been studying Russian for a while now and i can only get certain things right, a lot of people think you can translate Russian literally, NOPE. First, if you are a native English speaker you need to learn a new alphabet (cyrillic), then you have to transliterate cyrillic into the Latin alphabet, then you need to translate the transliteration! It's not easy, especially at the speed they talk, and Alexey speaks pretty fast! Practice practice practice!
