I don't know how many Tiny Houses there are in New Zealand but I'm grateful you keep finding more of them !
@livingbig3 жыл бұрын
There are LOADS of tiny houses in New Zealand. Unfortunately, the cost of housing in NZ is extremely high, which forces many people to explore alternative options such as tiny houses.
@marthahawkinson-michau96113 жыл бұрын
@@livingbig Which also explains why there aren’t nearly as many tiny houses where I live. The cost to build a “tiny house” in my city is only slightly cheaper than building a modestly sized regular house. Most people just don’t bother, and the city codes aren’t really hip to tiny houses. Yet. To be fair though, Hot Springs, Arkansas has plentiful empty land to put more houses. If the population were to double or even triple in the next decade though, I can totally see the demand for tiny houses go up. Who am I kidding? For the population to double, the city would have to invest in more infrastructure and job creation. Sigh. Politics. Politicians seem to suck universally.
