Again very close to our malabari cuisine. As we all lie on the Konkan coast with the Portugese influence. Actually Vascodagama landed on the coast of Calicut the first main port of the Portuguese in India and also a mixed influence of the French in Mahe . Another immigration from Creat island in Tellicherry across the Mediterranean seas. Also the Muslim Afghan traders who settled here has given North Malabar a mixed culture and a tolarent religious values among the natives. So is Goa influence of foreigners.
