Property taxes are outrageously high. We're talking over $20,000. Per year. That's roughly $1,666.00 per Month Plus HOA Dues, another $1,255 a year.

When you think ample space between houses consists of a 5 foot wide path....Almost wish people would boycott buying homes that are as close as these so the greedy developers are forced to at least put 1acre lots on homes.
