I just tried to buy a house but payments on anything 1400 sq ft and up will be $3000 and up unless you give your soul away on a down payment. Between the current interest rates and taxes I will have to say until next year. I tried an older house but a insurance for a 1988 house came to 10k a year.I will try my luck again when I win the lottery because I have a better chance at that than getting a house right now.

I live in Conroe we go to Bellaire on the weekends and it’s a chore usually around 1 hour but sometimes traffic can be up to 2 hours if they close off the highway.

Yes, every new construction community in the entire Houston area will have an hoa with a few exceptions I have never heard of. The hoas in master planned communities like this typically range from $1k-$1.3k per year

@tyerrascott6596 it will be a shit sifter and is what is located behind the brick wall of the model homes back yards. Which is an open-air septic system that mixes chemicals and human feces. On a hot, windy day, fumes will come to your home from miles away. This is rare in this area. Instead, a fully contained process to prevent this from happening is the norm.
