I'm sure you don't need my advice at this point since this video is a year and a half old, but insulation foil on the glass helps preserve a ton of battery when using camp mode in cold weather. I have a much more bootleg setup with a lot less infrastructure. A double wide inflatable camping pad and 3" memory foam topper is my bed and all fits in the subtrunk along with a spare battery, pump, folding traffic cones (very helpful to get nosy people to keep away from staring into your windows), etc.

Great build. Well done. But the GSI propane stove (connecting and supporting the propane bottle each use) looked inconvenient. At least enough for you to use a jetboil instead. Definitely way too much battery drain in one night.
