Love Pine Bend Home so much. It is definitely a favorite since I am a maximalist also. I love a cup of tea and to just relax and watch the videos of Kim’s beautiful home and get ideas. My only problem is I wish I was her next door neighbor. Thanks Holly for all you do. It is so appreciated.

Yea so glad your back with the home tours l have really missed then no one does these tours like Holly but getting back to this one is my very favorite her home is everything l just love about it from the colors on the porch to every nook in the home with the pain staking love of her home and design choices and aging thank you for best to start the tours .

Way too much stuff, imho. Example, you sit at the clawfoot table... you've got nowhere to place anything bc of all the decor. Removing the sink from under the window was a sin... The clash of the flooring and the stairs makes me dizzy... Open shelving in the kitchen to display MORE stuff... The rugs are cool.
