Is This Our Most Important TRUCK CAMPING UPGRADE? Preparing for Living FULL TIME On the Road!

After 6 months of debating back and forth on whether to buy a full replacement bumper or not, we finally decided it was time! Since we spend our life on the road and drive through heavily populated deer areas, the extra protection on our home was well worth the price! What do you think of the fit and finish of this bumper?
We went with an Outlaw Premium from Peacemaker Bumpers and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Give them a look for your bumper needs, this is my second one and I'd absolutely recommend!

That's my next upgrade. I put Tough Country running boards on my truck to make life a little easier for my wife. They're 120 pounds each. The bumper should round out the truck for safety upgrades. On our last trip I saw way more dead animals on the road than I've ever seen.

We drove down to San Antonio to visit some friends and passed a dead deer about every 1-2 miles. Ordered the bumper the next day when we were back home!

It weighs around 250lbs, so adds about 170lbs on our GVWR when you subtract the weight of the stock bumper. We’re still underweight on the front and rear axles with the truck, bumper, and camper! Our last weigh-in was 10,920 lbs
