I've got to check this place out. I'm a surfer and fisherman, but don't like being so far from the beach and ocean here in Joshua Tree, CA. I want to travel and investigate places outside of the US in warmer climes, especially where I can go surfing everyday in warm water, so I plan to do some touring and staying in different places as long as I'm still single and before I tie myself to a mortgage or sink cash into a piece of real estate.

silverscreen.cc, It is a great idea to check out the neighborhoods in person. I will be making a video about the neighborhoods in the near future. Posting what you are looking for on the Puerto Vallarta Facebook pages is a good start. I usually find the best deals by walking around the neighborhood, looking for rental signs and asking people. For long-term, budget rentals and affordable apartments, contact Rudi. His Mexican name is Rodolfo Aguero and his email is uniquepropertiesrep@gmail.com. His phone # is 52.322.378.8061 - he is on Whatsapp. He also has a Facebook page called Beaches Please with a lot of listings on it as well. If you are looking for a great budget place while looking for a long-term rental, I recommend Casa Mis Amores Pvr. It is the main place I live while in Puerto Vallarta. It has a great location, centrally located for getting around. The owner, Guillermo knows everything about the town and can really help you out. Rubi Jacczak, I feel very safe here in Puerto Vallarta. I'm working on a video about safety right now. It should be finished in a few weeks.

Mérida Yucatán is the second safest city in America. And the safest in Mexico. Yucatán has a great history, culture, food, traditions, ancheology, beaches ... etc etc... And people are super polite and nice !!! Greetings from Hamburg Germany 🤗😁😉😊

Great video, are you able to do a video on the realestate market, are prices rising or falling due to the pandemic?
@LivingOverseasTV3 жыл бұрын
Johnnie Swain, I will be doing a video about the real estate market in Puerto Vallarta. I've been gathering information and have done a couple of interviews already. It will probably be a month or so until it's posted. So far, I think the market has slowed but I don't think prices have dropped.

Another great video. You mentioned there are no visa requirements if staying for less than 6 months. Have you done any videos about the process if one wants to become a permanent resident? In 2 other videos I watched you introduced your friend Dez (travel blogger), and an older woman (name escapes me), who both live there permanently. Plus, I think you mentioned that you have now relocated there permanently. The process and requirements for how one can do that would be appreciated. I look forward to following your channel.
