@@justcallmebon2684 that and being 20 Minutes commute from New York City where housing makes even Livingston look cheap. In New York’s upper west side a $450,000 home doesn’t probably exist but if it did and it wasn’t a Govt subsidy it would be a studio containing roughly 360sq feet and smaller than the size of a family’s kitchen, with a very high property tax on it and renting it out it would be over $2,400 monthly rent. A family home comprised of a section of a high rise centrally located in Midtown Manhattan …would go for $ 7-10 Million dollars and if it had a Central Park view you’re looking at $15-25 Million, If it’s the top of a skyscraper with an overlook it could sell over $50 million
