Willie, Sarah and their dog, Jack Spaniels, continue their biggest adventure yet - leaving their suburban life and moving over the sea to 'Live The Skye Life'!
In this episode, we take a week off from shed content to show you some of the other adventures we have been getting up to. Sarah is working with a local cafe & gallery to sell her prints, while Willie is getting creative in the kitchen again.
Plus we explore one of the most beautiful beaches on the Isle of Skye, which has us questioning whether we accidentally ended up on a Caribbean island instead of a Hebridean one..!

Bread Recipe:
1kg Strong Bread Flour
21g Yeast
2 Tbl Spoons Sugar
1 Tbl Spoon Salt
625ml Tepid Water
Make a reservoir in the flour & add the rest of the dry ingredients
Add in water & combine gently with the dry ingredients to create a dough
Knead until dough is stretchy
Prove for approx 1 hour
Knead again
Prove for another hour in loaf tins
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees c
