Our guided walking tour takes us around the centre of Antwerpen old town and covers most attractions and historic sites of Antwerp.
We begin our walk at the Museum aan de Stroom and end at St Anna’s Tunnel, or Underpass.
It is situated 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of Brussels, and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of the Dutch border. Antwerp is also situated on the Schelde (Scheldt) River, about 55 miles (88 km) from the North Sea.
Antwerp is the most populous city in Belgium and it the second-largest metropolitan region after Brussels. The city is in the Dutch - (Flemish) speaking part of Belgium and is the unofficial capital of Flanders.
