Protecting yourself from repeated hurt is important for your emotional well-being. While forgiveness can be a healing process, trust and rebuilding relationships should be earned, especially when someone has broken that trust in the past. Setting healthy boundaries is key. In situations where someone has caused public humiliation or harm, like on a platform such as Big Brother, it's okay to forgive without holding grudges, but that doesn’t mean you're obligated to entertain or keep contact with those who hurt you. Fire remains fire, and it’s wise to be cautious. Trust should not be given easily, particularly to those who have already caused you pain. Just be mindful and protect your peace, But I did enjoy this interview nice one lillies are really proud of you.
