Hi Liz, I have been watching your videos ever since you joined your husband in the UK. But it's my first time commenting. Maybe because I could relate so much to this video. I am also a Kenyan woman living in Europe (The Netherlands) but I have kids and my husband is not white. Still, I totally related to when you said your husband offered to cook even though you prefer to do it, and he doesn't complain. People may not understand but the culture in Europe allows for all these and husbands don't complain. In Kenya it can never happen at least for 80% of husbands. Hehe. Anyway, that is the part I love about this culture. But again it also depends with individual husbands regardless of the culture. That was such a sweet hug wow! Hii ndo tall and handsome. I love that height difference. Anyway, maybe you can mix up your couple videos with vlog like videos like today's. You are a great videoographer. Speaking as a tiny KZbinr😊

You have explained the culture very well😍when I arrived i used to insist to him to let me do everything including waking up to prepare his work breakfast but he refused and said I will wake up for the kids and work when the time comes but not for him😂 i gave up and let things flow. Wow, its the best experience ever culture matters coz i was a stay at home mum for three years with and my husband would do everything for me. I appreciate him so much and today im a busy mum and he is so supportive and so loving. He is black but so loving ...liz enjoy the moment you look relaxed and day by day you glow. Atti loves you gal. most people may not understand how husband can do chores and cooking but they do it with love .

Yes Liz ,apple cider is good first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Please check I’m not sure it’s good to take it every day. Winter sun isn’t that sun to stay under. It makes you sick. Don’t be deceived by it. Also don’t get too close to the heater, always have a cup of water close to the heater just so the room doesn’t get too dry. Love you and your journey so far ❤ take good care.

Liz a couple of YEARS AGO MY face used TO swell up too. Turned out I had very LOW blood pressure and vitamin deficiency. Eat regular meals sister, YOUR in a cold country.Asian/African metabolism doesn't like the COLD
