I order Air Gap Spacer Rings from Knit Wire for my automotive projects. They have some incredible technology. I've also seen some Aviaries made with knit wire and it is just amazing what you can do with it. Its tough like chainmale armor. Pretty wild stuff.

Hi Kenan, I especially like the Cayman iguanas & you are an experienced proponent of quite naturalistic outdoors enclosures. I am slightly confused as to the extent of your remodeling & your neccesity for the iguanas to only utilise the one specific cave area. To me some insulation is appropriate such as in those ribbed areas & around the back to connect to the large tile. However the gaps & niches in the rockery above seemed to me to be a kind of semi natural Rete's stack where the occupant can chose it's own preferred space for thermoregulation & exhibit natural behaviour through personal choice. Obviously with a horizontal tube you will continue to lose heat from the open end, unless you tilt the tunnel entrance (dip down below ground level even better to alleviate draughty heat loss) to say a 45deg angle so most of the heat rises to the upper/sealed end. A couple of constructive criticisms or observations, but I respect your personal knowledge of the animals requirements & your endemic locality specific husbandry. We're both hat guys, but I've given up on the beard in favour of a moustache. BTW seek & destroy (OK relocate) the snapper that is mutilating your other poor turtles. This will more than likely become a repeatative problem as smaller snappers grow into the dominant apex position. I conject that they are more active at your local temperatures giving them an unfair advantage over non endemic fauna who may be vulnerable to predation under these circumstances. you can pick up 'pro' cans of Great Stuff at your local box hardware store...it fits on the pro gun just fine. though it expands more and isn't black so harder to hide, but it's a fraction of the price of waterfall foam. Just remember not to try switching cans unless the one on the gun is empty. I hate it when my mustache starts poking my lower lip...not sure I'd use spray foam of any sort to deal with that though.

Everything that happens From January 4th to June is not clear. From June to now, it's either my T-cells beating up on my new heart and causing rejection or it my blood thinner and Hematoma that busted open and go infected. Thanksgiving, I didn't want to be depressed, I had a party anyways. Watch all the re-runs of an impractical joker. I was so hyper dancing and listening to Cindy Lopper, Girls just want to have fun. I gash my chin on the corner of my bed. Gain a hematoma it popped and got infected. I don't have a immune system. My rejection pills are suppressing it. That why I am in The hospital.
