I would like to learn how to sew in order to make my own lingerie, but I'm not sure if this pattern (unaltered) is a good place to start. I have a few questions: Is this pattern in metric units? Also, I'm right on the cusp of the two sizes, esp. because my breasts radically change during the month.... I think I'm a 28DD (or maybe an E?), but I'm not 100% sure. My breasts are fullest on the outer-lower edge. Does anyone have any advice for me? Should I get the larger pattern?
