Great idea combining these parks into one video! I love these parks, especially the new Central Forest Park, which is my personal #1 recommendation for anyone who hasn't been to Bangkok for a while! It's incredible and very popular with the locals!

Good one. I will make a prediction: Your #3 will be the Pad Krapow lady at Ruam Sab on Asoke Montri. It pairs very well with Benjakitti Forest Park. It's what I did. I did the parks in the morning, then walked up to Asoke, and down Asoke Montri. Got there early for lunch to avoid the crowd. Told your lady, "Chris sent me." Wonderful meal. Fabulous day.

Several years ago we were staying in BKK @ The Banyon Tree(special occasion). Chose the hotel because it was close to Lamphini Park. She wanted to be by a park because the city is so busy. Walking around the park and say some turtles. There was a hole in the ground near a tree and I heap, "Put your hand in it". Not a chance, then we saw all the lizards. Amazing park to walk around and spend the morning in. Sadly didn't know about the walkway to Benchakitti.

I wish some European countries can look up and take the example of Bangkok and Thai government. Looking after and improving urban enviorment instead of only focusing on profits and economy. The welbeing and surroundings of people are way more important. Getting more and more impressed with Thai people and society. That is the way forward well done, definatley on my list to visit next spring.

The sad part is now they have a new red shirt governor which is totally opposite from the previous governor that pushed this and the Chong nonsi mini park! And his focus is on things that will improve Bangkok by removing dead wires and focusing more toward the slums instead of any project in main bangkok. Which we don’t mind helping the slums but idk what his idea is for improving it?

I think you might be disappointed. Bangkok is a huge urban sprawl with lots of slums and similar problems as any other Asian European or US city. Thailand isn't paradise. Don't let a few city parks fool you.

Another awesome video! We were in Limpini Park two days ago. It's one of our favorite places to go in Bangkok with the kids. They love it even during the middle of the day. One thing about The Green Mile: it can be very slick after a rain. Well, it was slick in my New Balance shoes in September. About the crows, we were in Penang, Malaysia for the last couple of months and the murders of crow in Batu Ferringhi were unbelieveable.

If you're coming from the BTS, get off at BTS Sala Daeng Station and go underground at nearby MRT Lumpini Station. Which the underground way will pass Rama 4 Road to the exit at Lumpini Park. This is safer than crossing the road with traffic jams. or walk across the footbridge Come to another road in front of Chula Hospital, it will be easier and safer to cross.
