As the mother of a GP trainee (who also took her F3 when the pandemic hit) I recognize the signs of burnout and anxiety. Ok. I know this was posted a year ago… I just looked up this channel I’ve been awake for hours with anxiety stress depression….I usually knit and walk everyday but just giving up on finding that joy. Even though life is moving on with Covid we have political factions wanting to install a dictatorial government, gun violence seems beyond control climate change is more and more a daily issue , inflation …I think I am in denial about depression

Hi Sally, I am really sorry to hear that. I am hoping to help inspire people to get into crafting to help with there mental health and also to help us talk more openly about how we are all feeling. The fact that you have said that you might be in denial means you are aware and hopefully you can find help or someone to talk to.
