I'm not sure if its planned at all, but it seems at 2:25 Harry steps in to sing unexpectantly. You can tell from the words right before, Lizzo is out of breath and needed a quick break to get some air in. She even looks over at him surprised, and then feeds off his energy and sings the next bit with a newfound passion. Really, really cute! Maybe in his experience as a bandmember he's picked up when to help out the other person on stage and coordinate, adjust on the fly.

I know you asked this a month I ago, but when mixing audio of live performances for videos like this they record the vocals through their mic’s so you can actually hear their voices. The only problem doing it that way is you lose a lot of the sounds of the crowds energy and cheering! Hope that helps for anyone else wondering!
