Craters of the Moon - Spelunking Adventure in Indian Tunnel | Southern Idaho

Today’s journey takes us to Idaho’s very own National Monument featuring volcanic landscapes that often feel like exploring a distant planet. I am back after first visiting in November of 2023 to explore Indian Tunnel within the Caves Area of the park. A permit is required to visit the caves but can easily be obtained within the Visitor Center. This 800 ft long lava tube within the heart of this scenic ocean of lava is one of the best adventures you can have in Southern Idaho.
