Absolutely gutting to watch, I really hope you managed to get the car reshelled/part swapped and got back on the horse. I'm going here next month so its a sobering to see this, I feel for you, we've all been there at some point. I can't begin to imagine how many times you've watched it, knowing you'd should have called after you went down the escape road, hindsight hurts sometimes but I suppose we have learn the hard way sometimes. Also easier to see that when sat behind a keyboard with no stress, different when your behind the wheel. Not to blame the passenger, he was just being kind, but you should always be cautious of talking up a driver out on track, especially during a cool down lap, and certainly not after brake fade/off track. Last thing you need is a confidence boost at that point. The Yellows also get mixed reviews, I think EBC are not consistent with their QC and/or compounds and change them time to time, mines only a mild tuned 1.6 so Roddisons front/rear pads, braided lines and Motul 660 should be fine but I can highly recommend Carbotech XP10's or above if you have much poke.

Couldn’t agree more Batousan. I did indeed get it back up and reshelled. It’s currently setup up even better than before but asleep for the winter. Hope you enjoyed llandow. Would be great to meet up there sometime. Hope you enjoyed the vid. 🏎🏎

heartbreaking to watch! I hit a cone earlier in the day in the same place in my RX-7! Hope the rebuild is going well - did you re-shell?

Cheers @declasm. Saw you out there, you were going well. nice looking RX-7. Build is almost done, re-shelled and managed to get a few other jobs id been meaning to do also, powder coated subframes and polybushes etc. Might catch you again in June trackday at llandow ;)

The Ragged Edge good stuff! I've got the rx7 off the road at the moment, currently in the middle of swapping for bigger injectors so I can up the boost but want to swap out the coilovers and replace the brakes too! If I get it done I might make June 😁

@@RickTheSpud He says in the description that his brakes overheated so bad he totally lost pedal pressure and couldn't brake at all.
