Question: If I have a LLC or S Corp that is doing well, can I start a DBA and use the money from the LLC or S Corp to invest into that DBA? Is it the same as reinvesting into the company, ultimately lowering the overall profit amount? For example, my LLC / S Corp makes 100k. I want to use 20k of that money to start a new business under a DBA. Then when or if that company grows, convert it into a LLC or S-corp.

Good evening. I was guided to create my business as a LLC. because it is going to be feeding my nonprofit, since funding is so dismal when you are empowering the children america is not accidentally undereducating. When we het to 10k participants. Which will be in 3 to 6 months, with the partners we have every year, my 12% gross will be in the $200k range. How would you say my company should be setup? I'm in Texas. What are the best states for businesses like mine
