Good job it’s hard working by yourself. I noticed when you move the truck the boat was jumping up and down you might have to move the front roller back a little bit but overall a great video. Be safe!

Since your winch is as far back as it will go, you need to wet the bunks, and winch the boat forward. You're not setting on there solid. That could crash you on the road.
