Tapping can be good or bad depending on the speed and the amount and while this was perfect for neurotic Joker RP, it was not good for my anxiety levels haha. Not complaining. I think ASMR and misophonia are both interesting and as someone who experiences both, there is a fine line between the triggers for me!
