LLS Bad Ending Theme: Days

This is the bad ending theme from Touhou 4: Lotus Land Story
ZUN doesn't really specify what kind of days... days of sadness? Bad days? Or just the regular days of our lives? Heh, makes sense, I guess getting hit by a bus counts as a bad end? ^^;

First off, that picture is glorious. Secondly, this theme is so underrated it isn't even funny. I remember the first time I taught myself to play it on the piano by ear... that was perhaps one of the best moments of my life.

I find this theme rather relaxing to listen at evenings or when the sun isn't out. Its a perfect theme for a bad end. It just sounds so melancholic, don't you think?

Reason why Reimu is crying in the picture is that she had Hanahaki disease A disease caused by one-sided love, which made the victim throw up petals. You can take it out by surgery, but their feelings would go away too. They can continue to feel, but more and more blossoms would bloom and it would result with their windpipe blocked. If the other person loved Reimu back, the petals would go away and she can feel.
