Who’s your LLWS MVP? Some crazy talent on both Hawaii and Tennessee I’ll tell ya that🙌
@WheelsYT2 жыл бұрын
There’s so many great players to choose from, but if I could only pick one I think I’d go with Jaron Lancaster from Hawaii. Both his hitting and pitching were a huge part of their run to the championship.

Curacao had the best defense by a pretty good margin… not to take anything away from some of the other teams. Hawaii just kept hitting bombs.

Hawaii outscored opponents 60 - 5 Lmao. But caraco had the best defense. By a pretty good margian
@flatstanley49742 жыл бұрын
@@Island_proper Tbh we don't know a ton about the Hawaii defense cause their pitching limited the balls in play. Lancaster looked pretty smooth at short though

I want to see the LLWS take the best 2-3 players from each team from the US bracket and also from the International bracket and have them face off. So the best US team possible vs the best International team possible. I feel like that would be really interesting and fun to watch!

I was thinking the same - playing it back in slow motion, the runner already had his foot on the bag just as the ball is coming within inches of contact with the glove. There was also a several second delay before the Umpire actually made the call.

We who watched all the games remember the replay that clearly shows the runner on third coming off the bag for an instant while getting up after sliding and was then tagged out by the third baseman who was hiding the ball in his glove. Would be nice if Wheels could edit this video to include that replay in addition to the tag at 9:21

5:50 not to be a stickler of the rule but they could have argued that the runner didn’t have a lane. It’s obvious with the replay
@losthesilvas1861 Жыл бұрын
A lot of the time these guys calling that the players are out before they reach second or third are just guessing. You can clearly see they are not out in some of those plays but those dudes have no idea and they just make blind guesses and no one questions them.
