@@MrWildWales yeah the Cloud Peak did well in those winds! Should have taken a winter sleeping bag. The thermarest quilt was far too cold.

Mine started bending quite a bit in the morning but it was ok. I had a decent sleeping bag but could feel the breeze coming through sometimes maybe a bivvy bag would have been best

Hello Adam, we love this mountain range and the lake and hut is iconic too, on our to do list to camp here. Again massive camp envy from us, cracking stuff and a top video again. @@MrWildWales firstly drones are being used more and more to pin point the campers. Being proactive seeking out campers may reduce littering by irresponsible arseholes or reduce the potential for grass fires. If camping becomes an issue in these well known spots it will probably happen. Just playing devils advocate lol
