What color did you get? We now have one X3 with all black, one with all polished, and one with a black pull plate and polished rods. Each look incredible and there's no way to say which looks better. Also, over 1k hard miles on each without an issue. Still love the look a year later.

@@dtroff-road5427 got the black anodized. 64” high clearance. Very impressed with the quality. Got the pull plate with it. I read ur other comment about getting the dog bones on? Did you do that yet and are the zrp dog bones what you were referring to?

@@Jeff-501 those are what I'm referring to... none of us have gotten them yet. We should but haven't. The holes are only slightly egg'd and so it hasn't been a priority. Also because it kinda looks like a pain in the ass to install lol. I'd recommend them from the get go just to prevent the issue we are developing.

Dont use dog bones ,better get ct raceworx race plates that eliminate the stud , way easier to work on the rods and axle removal.

I realize this is an old video so hope your still active. Are you able to adjust the camber and toe with the wheels and tires on? I know on round radius rods, you turn the rod and then once properly aligned you lock everything down. With these being rectangular shaped, you would have to take them off and turn the heims in full revolutions correct? Sorry if dumb question, I've jacked my rear end up to where driver side rear is toed in several degrees and have diagnosed it to be rods and pull plate, so deciding on what route I want to go. Thanks for any info and great video!

Unfortunately you have to disconnect the rod end and spin the end to adjust. The nuts are locking nuts. But, on 3 machines we measured stock length, adjusted these, and haven't had to make any follow up adjustments.

The rc version sopose to be thicker then the other also so if you bent yours the other models must bend really easy

There was nothing specific about it. This vehicle had a bent hub so it took some elbow grease off camera to bend it back. Are you having trouble? If it's the length you have to pick up the trailing arm. If it's the thickness you may have a bent hub like in the video.

We now have 3 X3's running these radius rods and have had zero issues. Everyone we see compliments the look of them. I'd recommend these all day long.

What year model is this? And has it been changed or up graded on the 2020?

This is a 2018 XRC... The 2020's look to have the same stock radius rods. I'd probably change them on a 2020 as well

Do you have to take off the tire to remove and reinstall the bottom radius bar . Thanks

That would depend on your rims i guess. Stock offset rims you would definitely have to remove the wheel because the hub is completely inside the wheel and there wouldn't be room to pull that long bottom bolt out.

How do you lock your heims in place

3 buggies running them and no rubbing issues. One is starting to see the frame holes get whopped out so he's talking about buying the dogbones that are supposed to help that.

Probably the most stout, quality, and good looking mod we've all done. 3 sets for 2 years and not an issue.

Should I get my x3 aligned somewhere or would I be fine riding on it before I take it in somewhere?

Measure the stock rods and adjust the new ones to match and you should be good

Did you realize on bearing side one half has a fat oring and the other a skinny oring..does the fat oring go towards the machine or to the outside..(just realized there is no left and right with respect to orings..one side has fat oring on the inside, other side fat oring on outside)

I'd have to go back to the video, but I explained in there somewhere how to tell which end goes which way. Has nothing to do with the 0-ring but instead you look at the top flat machined part of the radius rod. One side has a longer machined end on top and the other is short.
