It happened so late in the game that vgbc lost a lot of money, reportedly hundreds of thousands of dollars. Therefore I understand why they're doing extended ads so they don't have to declare bankruptcy

At 10:35 Leo Rebel's Gaurds the grenade, lands, the tries to IDJ and gets dash attacked out of it. He then double jumps again when he's off stage? How?

He doesn’t IDJ when he gets back on the ground from the dash attack, he just full hops. It looks like it’s a IDJ from another visual effect probably coming from snake’s dash attack

@@aidanpatrick5334 after another close investigation and review, at 10:37 when Joker gets hit, a jump ripple does form underneath Joker, however that is the only jump ripple there is. The only thing that kinda looks like a jump ripple is the weird ring around Snake’s head, which is not a jump ripple. This proves my original conclusion, Leo tried to full hop but got attacked out of it

Wow what a great commentary. These ladies are very hype and entertaining, very focused on the match only. More of that please! 👌 Edit: I watched the entire tournament and I can say again that I'd rather listen to Dara and the other girl over the grand finals commentators. Yes Koopa and the other guy get to say some insightful things about the game but to be honest I find it very distracting when they are talking like crazy about some very specific data or information instead of focusing only on the match, guys this is fighting, this is like a boxing match, I just want to listen what I'm seeing, I don't want to hear an encyclopedia about the game while the match is running and I can follow it with my eyes only. I don't know if you get what I'm saying but I'm a simple person, I just wanna hear what I'm seeing, I don't need to be enlightened with the commentator's knowledge.

Can they seriously not find someone without a lisp to commentate games? I get it, people have disabilities that make it harder for them to do certain things, but just like you don't pick someone who's colorblind to design the theme your house you don't pick someone with a speech impediment to be a commentator. Can they do it? Sure. Will they struggle with it and be generally not as suited for the job as someone without the disability? Exactly, it just doesn't make sense for a tournament this big.
