Does anyone know if Leo could have been able to get out of that? I don't play Joker so I'm wondering if he could have air dodged right after Arsen was activated, or if he was stuck.

This set especially game 3 is why I think Steve should not be allowed competitively, Steve is stupid and can literally make a camp to camp you out and it is the most booring shit I have ever seen in Smash, even the cutscene combos or loops are more interesting than the bullshit of literally building 2 walls on one side fleeing to the other and building more walls.
