Thx for the Video, i got some Question. 1. Im trading since over 1 Year ( im german) but i got problems reading Filings ( what does it all means with these Warrents ? ) .. - They are " 8 - K" and " 4 " and " SC 13D " PDFs to read but which one is the most important to care and which one is useless ? - What does S-1 PDF mean ? 2. You looked at that " 424B4 " and knew immediately that you got to open that. I even dont know what that "424B4" stands for... 3. You get an alert if filings are public ? How do i also get that alert ? I really want to learn how to read that stuff. I am really thankful if somebody can send me to the right direction for to really 100% learning this. I am sorry for these noob question but i have to get through this !.. THUMBS UP for Video. Please make more of these. They educate so much !

@@kroyrunner89I read this CLDC filing www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=12851847&guid=Rlq8UKi_MS9HQ3h They got 24,5 Million Shares outstanding. They have Warrents to sell at a $2,60 price... so does that mean that over 2,60 they can sell these Warrents as Shares to us Traders ? I bought CLDC with low size a couple days before at 1,02. Now i see its going up... there was a 30k seller at 1,05.. its broken..... These outstanding shares are scaring.. me... but does that maybe mean that the company will try to push the price to 2,60 and higher for selling theyr warrents ?

Tim - in the 424b4 filing, it states "each Unit contains One Share of Common Stock and One Common Warrant to Purchase One Share of Common Stock" for the 1,005,000 units. Does this mean that they're issuing double the amount of shares? (one common share and one common warrant to purchase a share). I ask because under this logic, the 3.5 million post dilution share count seems low. If you double both units (1,005,000 and 1,495,000) you end up with a share count around 5 million.

Thank you very much! LMFA was up on news. I am less fearful of these type of LMFA moves than I am on the many that have spiked without news. Yes, they all end in the same place but the process of how it gets there is much less "technically accurate" than when it is a move without news. And these moves which I assume are manipulated type moves can run much more and even more irrational ergo more scary! (XBIO is another of the same sort especially from like June 2018).

@TimGrittani Except the concept of dilution, how can you say if a company is over or undervalued?
@kroyrunner895 жыл бұрын
well the most important thing to note is that value is reflected by the company's market cap, not their stock price. but beyond that, there really is no concrete answer, google it and you'll find many different methods/theories about determining fair value of a company. i can't say i have a go-to method

Tim, why you don't use intraday levels of support and resistance in order to make your entries more precise? In a case with LMFA, there was a double top.
@kroyrunner896 жыл бұрын
well the second entry i was trying to do that, but it broke the first high so i was forced to stop out. wasn't going to risk it squeezing, in this case, it stuffed. which is why i reentered the third time lol

@@kroyrunner89 Tim, I meant that you could enter in the position right at the resistance level at 3.05 and put your stop loss even higher. I don't know, maybe it doesn't work for you. I enter into positions right on the intraday levels of support and resistance. It helps me to keep my stop losses tight and gives better risk/reward.

@@danielsckarin574 I enter into positions right on the intraday levels of support and resistance. It helps me to keep my stop losses tight and gives better risk/reward. ---- The difference between you and Tim Grittani is that you're trading a four or five figure account, while Tim is trading a seven figure account. You trade tiny positions of a few hundred or maybe a thousand shares, while Tim is trading large positions of tens of thousands of shares. You can easily bounce in and out of the market with your tiny positions, but Tim cannot with his large positions. You click the buy or sell button once to enter or exit your tiny positions, but trading the kind of large size that Tim trades, requires a bit more thought and patience including multiple clicks of the buy or sell button as he scales into and out of his trades at multiple price levels.

Also, I have a question!! I was actually looking at this same stock today. The pre market chart actually looked great to me and had a sweet run up before market open.
