I have replayed this video multiple times to Gleen your pattern, and specifics of the pattern, now all I have to do is learn what that all means. Low float, 5-6hundred shares in pre market Why Long and not Short: • Low Share Count • Big Volume • Nothing Diluted Look at Daily chart over 7 or 8 months • No big volume overhead resistance on the daily chart Thanks, great video for learning.

It seems you put all your account money into that trade and it was a successful. But usually people who are so aggressive end up blowing up their accounts. How is your account now (one year later), did you manage to grow it further?

Yes. I did have a setback here and there where I traded outside my list of rules, but I took a bit of time to regroup and evaluate my approach. I have since traded mostly large cap and etf tickers to have a less risky approach. I play DGAZ, TSLA, QQQ,VOO, stuff like that, on the bounce or trend. I am up 9% for the year. Not a huge gain, but it's a safe 9% and I didnt lose a lot of sleep holding shares overnight.

Just for the info. MBOT had dilution. The s1 couldn’t be used as the effect fillings are not being posted anymore during the gov shutdown. But the S3 had dilution and could be used.

right when i say no dilution i meant active in the very moment, like an ATM or preferred shares or convertible debt. i had pop-up alerts ready to go in case something new got issued though

Great analysis and great lesson. I would add a tweak to your trade management. Would take a portion of profits and add a make or break point that lets the trade continue but may stop you out without taking a loss. Just a suggestion. Great work.

Where companies increase there share count to sell them to institutions or investors as a way to raise capital. This usually leads to the stock price going down. Alot of stocks or companies in the penny stock area use the stock as there personal fund raiseser

It's good to trade like a coward. This literally sounds like how I would personally want to trade a stock, however, I will need to watch previous videos to see how you go about looking for negative things like the warrants, etc. just so I can add it to my arsenal. Your thought process is simple and easy, doesn't over complicate things and I can tell you do your best to learn from past mistakes. The secret to being successful is a lot easier I believe than some may let on, but the journey to get to that point can take someone ages.

Hello Tim. I read the 8k you refer to, but after that I opened a S-1/A from 12/31/2018 and read that they could possibly make an offering of 6,024,096 Units (each Unit contains one Share of Common). It says it is a "preliminary prospectus subject to completion". Does this mean that it is not relevant until they publish a 424b5 filing ? That is why you said there was no current dilution?

since EFFECT hasn't been filed, I wasn't concerned about dilution during the morning trading action, which was only timeframe I cared about. dilution in the future certainly is possible though!

@@mattheller4207 that's correct, i overlooked that in my answer to the previous question. but in the video when i say no dilution, i meant it in the sense that no shares were ready to be immediately dumped at market open like an ATM or something like that. if they were to tap into that midday, they would have to announce it (like today) and i would get a popup alert and exit as fast as possible

Hey Tim, can you please explain multi-break out. It’s the only pattern that I’ve lost on consistently. I know you like/liked that pattern before. Should I buy if it consolidates above the break out resistance point and risk the break out point? Or buy below the breakout point and risk something else. It's just a standard bull flag. Just use those rules.

main thing is the multi-day break must be past a previous day with MAJOR volume. BIOC past 1.50 today is a perfect example. most things people call a "breakout" is just a lazy interpretation of them and not likely to succeed

Tim, do you typically add to your position on that imh break? I've been in a few trades that broke that imh and were false breakouts...wondering if I should always wait for confirmation on the break, or are you pulling together other data (watching the L2, TS, etc) on that break?
