Nikolas faked his death, damaging his only living child at the time. When he came back, he prioritized his wife over his kid…but yes, knocking up his son’s teenage ex girlfriend (when Nik thought they were still together) is somehow his saving grace 🧐 Also, wild that the only person to acknowledge how gross it was for him to sleep with a teenager was Ava…I guess the show didn’t want the audience to get hung up on that. I’ll never forget him calling her a child to Sonny and then sleeping with her a few months later…they really ruined Nikolas over the last few years….Rant over 😂

Laura, the only time Nicholas went ghost was when he was presumed dead. If after all this, you still dont hear from him, stop assuming he is staying away on purpose. Where is your instincts🫤🫤

I’m not excusing Portia, but what is getting in Curtis’s way isn’t anger, it’s jealousy. Trina is a wonderful young woman and it’s not bc of him, it’s bc of Taggert and he can’t get past that.

It’s likely a mixture of jealousy and feeling robbed of the potential relationship he could have had. He was definitely dealt a crappy hand. I just appreciate that he recognizes that it’s not Trina’s fault and that he is willing to give her space.

@@vjones4769 He has no choice but to give Trina space. She’s told him to step back before. If he pushes, she’ll shut him out. You’re right, there is both jealousy and anger, but I think his jealousy is what fueling the inability of him to get past his anger. Even when Trina lets him in, he’ll still would have lost the time. Another thing that he should realize, he is amazed by who she is, but she might not be the same if he had raised her. Instead of regretting, he should be grateful she had the father she did. Portia did right by her.

Trina is a wonderful young woman because of her mother who raised. Taggert was a cop and was away a lot of time and even he said so

HOLD UP GH FANS! This scene with Laura and Curtis is a POWERFUL scene. Laura is SAYING goodbye to LUKE, the adventure life and the Cassadine curse??? How do you feel about that? I have QUESTIONS GH writers!! BULLCRAP! Laura will always be that person who love traveling and adventure. GH writers has made Laura boring. Lucky, LuLu, Nik , Spencer are grown. Liz and Dante can handle taking care of Aiden, Jake and Rico. Charlotte and Ace are the only 2 who need Laura present but Laura settling full down , please.

I think it's time. As Laura says here, her war with the Cassadines has lasted a lifetime. Other small adventures involving Laura can still happen and be fun to follow, but it's time for peace between Laura & the remaining Cassadines. Mikkos, Stavros, Stefan, Helena & Victor are gone, and the curse dies with them. Let Laura live out the rest of her days being the voice of morality, wisdom and reason. Her rewards for saving the world from evil numerous times. And don't forget...she also still has Cyrus to contend with. Maybe not a Cassadine, but still a looming threat that has to be faced and defeated.
