On sekiro wiki that's the description of the balck mortal blade. You give a soul and you get a soul back. It's called the "gateway" which I assume means it's a gateway for souls from the afterlife to come back to the real world. Unless another living creature also wants to bring isshin back genichiro has to give his soul

I downloaded The Art of Battle Mod, the hotkeys for Prosthetic tools works but combat arts doesn't. I selected two combat arts, assigned both of them to 4 and 5 with 6 being my main combat art, I can only perform my main combat art, pressing 4 and 5 do nothing. Please help.
