This was the scariest terrain I ever saw in your videos 😁 It was really brave of you to set off expecting to cover this alone. Kudos to the fellow riders! This terrain reminds me of my trip to Ladakh in 2019 on RE Himalayan. There was a section where we had to pass through snow covered passes full of slippery, muddy roads and was the scariest of all!

steep experience curve there. respect. Had simular boulders and fallovers on the col de finistere in june this year. the pass was closed ( by a sign) but i was already going up , going back was no fair option due to the fresh and very loose gravel. italian roadworkers helped lifting the bike . they seemed not surprised that a biker with the bike full with luggage was going over the pass and ignored the closed signs. once the bike was on the weels again they wished me good travels. (as far as i could understand the men) . salut du pays bas

Be happy that you recovered that screw................. I lost a screw from my GPS Touratech mount on my Multistrada 950S (same engine) and it went down and jammed the left fan behind the cooler. Bike was close to get a "heat-stroke" quite a while later due to that. 1 ½ Hours mechanics work to find it.

How epic!! Such gentlemen too. You were quite fortunate indeed. I'd like to have the balls to take my bike (GSA) on tracks like that. One day I hope to pluck up that courage. I guess the thing holding me back is not having a riding buddy who would be prepared to take on the same challenge. Well done to you to sticking with it. I bet you slept pretty well that night - even in a tent. By the way - how do you find the tinted visor during low light/night times? Asking as I have the same Shoei lid - currently refreshing the inner and custom spraying the shell. Considering a tinted visor.
@LNRmoto10 ай бұрын
One day you’ll just go, I’m sure of it. I love the visor, I don’t have that many night rides and in my previous Shoei I had a sun visor to pop down, so this is a nice alternative and easy on my eyes as I’m horrible with bright lightning

Gnarly terrain deep in the Alps... It looks like some parts of Colorado but with mountains that aren't as tall. Solo recovery on these trails can be a pain. I hope you have an emergency communicator device in case you get injured with no one else around. You're not crazy to attempt this. A VW Golf on the trail is crazy 😂 in that convoy of cars heading down.
