I spoke to Young on IG back when I had my 600. Soon after I took a trip from Houston to Southeast Oklahoma and realized how sluggish it was. I traded it for a VTX1300.

Honda Shadow, one of the first bikes I've ever ridden. I use to have one until a crackhead relative stolen it & totaled it one night. It's also a great platform to build bikes with, such as the bike in my profile picture.

9:33 the lack of a kickstart on these always seems wrong to me but I guess manufacturers all gave up on mechanical reliability (and style points) some times in the 80s

Is it comfortable to ride choppers for longer trips, say 3-5 hours? Or at that point would you stick to a cruiser or something else? I see so many videos of Japanese guys touring on choppers, its got me interested.
