My anxiety also takes a toll on my mental health and mei bhe room saaf karti rehti ya settings change karti rehti to feel good. Btw, I have an unsolicited advice for you. Declutter your room, paint and curtains change kar do. Aisay curtain laga do jo dekh k aapko acha feel ho. Cheezen jitni kam hongi utna mind mei bhe space feel hota. I don't know it works for me. The space where you spend most of your time should be relaxing. Baaqi your house is beautiful and your family makes it more beautiful. Love from Pakistan ❤️
