Load Balancing SMART Triple Play Run Brake Turn module for H-D Motorcycles

I have the green smart triple play module. How do I switch from “run brake turn” into just brake and turn. Mines stay lit all the time and I don’t like constant taillights running, I prefer them being off. Thanks

If I convert front and rear turn signals to led, do I need equalizers for both the front and rear? Or will the smart triple play do the job?

Hi Dave, have 2020 FLHTP, great bike. Here's what I'm looking for: a rear "Genesis 4", clear lens, R,B,T function, all LED's illuminate red, no ring, no halo on B and T, and solid amber on T. Understand that is not available. Coming anytime soon? Bought the Genesis 4's for front, love the solid white R lights, then amber for turn, all LED's white for R and amber for turn, clear lens looks and functions great!

Dave, my 3 rear taillights only main brake is LED by your company but my 2 blinkers are Halogen, will this system (triple play) I got tonight, work? & what is the other back of wires sent to me. It says exactly this (Harness EXT smart 3play) what do I do with those wires also?

Yes, the Triple Play can be used with LED or stock incandescent bulbs. It sounds like you have the Extension Harness. This is used to plug into the accessory pigtails on the Triple Play module so that you can run up to 3 add on products, instead of just one.

I just installed new LED TURNSIGNALS AS WELL AS LOWERS LED LIGHTS ALL DLR WOTH TURN SIGNALS, front , also turn signals in rear. 2015 flhr road king, which module do I need . The website tells me maybe not , none specific for my hd model bike???

my right and left turn signals on my 06 street glide flashes very fast after I installed the triple play module , How do I fix this problem ?

The Load Balancing Triple Play featured in this video is a gray box. However, if you have a green or red color Triple Play it is not the load balancing version and your model would additionally require a SMART Signal Stabilizer (blue box) to correct the rapid flash. www.customdynamics.com/standard-slimline-smart-signal-stabilizer-load-equalizer-for-harley-davidson You can also contact our support staff at 1-800-382-1388 to troubleshoot the rapid flash.

Hi There ; Just Installed the Genesis Ultimate Tour Pak LED Tail Light , and the Magic Tour Pak Converter. Also the CustomDynamics Load Balancing Smart Triple Play All in one Module. Everything is hooked up correctly . I Tripled Checked . The problem I am having is the Left Tour Pak light and the Left rear signal light is very bright as if the brake light is on. The Right signal and tour pak lights are ok. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem ? Thanks ............ Bill McShane

Considering this for my 2011 FLHTK. Looking through the Instructions via your website, there is this 'warning', can you please clarify the specific meaning/intention? Important: This module is designed for applications where the stock rear fender and turn signals are removed. Remove any other Run-Brake-Turn or similar modules prior to installing this unit.

That particular note was mistakenly included on the installation instructions for your bike's particular Load Balancing SMART Triple Play® fitment (PN: CD-TPU-SS-HD). We will be removing that note and updating the instruction file. While you'll still want to remove any existing run/brake/turn module and will want to use Red rear turn signals for DOT compliance, this module is certainly designed to work with your existing rear fender lighting installed! Our plug and play Load Balancing SMART Triple Play® module acts as a no-load, no-heat load equalizer and converts rear 1156 turn signals (models with a center taillight) to function as run, brake, and turn with choice of 10 user selectable built in brake light strobe/flash patterns! You are correct that the Load Balancing SMART Triple Play® module acts as a no-load, no-heat load equalizer so you wouldn't require the Standard SMART Signal Stabilizer™ (GEN2-SSHD) if you purchased this option. However, since you already have the Standard SMART Signal Stabilizer™ (GEN2-SSHD), if you're wanting to get the benefits of the Load Balancing SMART Triple Play® (i.e. converting rear 1156 turn signals (models with a center taillight) to function as run, brake, and turn with choice of 10 user selectable built in brake light strobe/flash patterns) you can simply purchase the SMART Triple Play® module (GEN-SMART-TPU-HD) which doesn't have the built in load balancing. You'd simply have both modules installed (the GEN2-SSHD and the GEN-SMART-TPU-HD) which would together provide the exact same functionality as the Load Balancing SMART Triple Play® module you've seen in this video!
