Load Lifters on an ALICE pack?

I had once mounted a large ALICE pack on a MOLLE II frame (with MOLLE shoulder straps + hip belt). By so, you can get the advantages of both worlds.

Nice one. I used a set of triglides on one set-up and a pair of ladderlocks on another, attached to a set of straps, to secure to the ladderllocks present on the shoulder harness in order to be able to make use of the load lifters on the MOLLE ii yoke. Also, it now stays nicely in place

The triglides I have aren't wide enough so I just rerouted the strap to enable the existing buckles to work. It's not very adjustable on the move but good enough for my purposes.
