This one you've GOT to try for yourself. Loaded baked potatoes meet pan pizza in the mash-up you never knew you needed: baked potato pizza! The dough gets topped with plenty of thinly sliced potatoes, which turn creamy in the oven, plus all the great baked potato toppings: bacon, cheddar cheese, red pepper flakes, and even a final flourish of chives and sour cream. While the toppings are rich and flavorful, the crust itself is thin and light, making it a perfect complement.

We have a local fancy wood fired pizza place that makes almost these pizza toppings but with egg on top as well. I love the thinly sliced potato sliced pizza with no other sauce that is very Italian.

Scales are his best friend?? Maybe King Arthur needs to be told. Many of their recipes on their web site use volumes instead of weights. The seem to forget that most countries dont use their size cups, etc. Plus people dont always put the same amount of whatever into their cups.

Thanks for reaching out, Maxine! All of the recipes on our website list the ingredient amount in volume and weight. The exception to this is amounts under a tablespoon, we switch to teaspoon and tablespoon measurements for these amounts as they're usually under 10 grams and a regular kitchen scale won't always measure this accurately.
