Made this tonight. It was excellent. One slight change to the recipe. I cut up the shrimp and put it in the potato mixture. That way you have shrimp all the way through the dish and then I topped it with pieces of shrimp just like the recipe. Definitely try cutting up shrimp in the potato mixture.

GURL!!!!!!!! This is FANTABULOUS😋😂 I make loaded baked potatoes every Saturday but this recipe right here…….just made it to the top of my favorites list. I take my hat off to you, Sis. It took me almost an hour to finish it. I love the way all of the seasonings compliment each other. You did your “thang”, Sis😘. This potato put me to sleep 😴. I LOVE IT! I tried a different version of this years back and was unimpressed so decided to give this ago again, and...I need a moment....it was THAT good. I love loaded baked potatoes and the addition of shrimp just took this to a whole...other...level! When this came out of the oven, eyes were wide, people were drooling. If you are for any reason skeptical about making this, don't be. It's worth it!

THE BEST!!!!!! my twist on this was on the sauce, put butter and fry the head then squeeze out the head guts to give it more umami flavour, mix half of it with the potato mash, another half as gravy on top.

I cooked my shrimp in butter & garlic. The same way I make my butter garlic shrimp. Delicious!! And I have a more simple recipe for this. Still delicious

TIP: American Test Kitchen has a wonderful way of cooking Shrimp. They start off with seasoning the shrimp then they add OIL to the shrimp and NOT THE PAN. They place the shrimp in a cold pan then cook the shrimp on high heat for three minutes. Then they take the pan off the burner and turn the shrimp to cook the other side. It works like a charm. This method insures all the shrimp cook at the same time.

Seriously, I love all of your videos and recipes and have cooked many of them - they always come out great - but these - one of the best things I've ever eaten. I messed up the potatoes, so ended up putting everything in a 9 X 9 and it was amazing! the edges got crunchy like a Shepards pie - unreal - thank you - I will make this for my family this weekend

Baby i made this for the first time and am a non cook. Girlllllllllllll i do not no in heavens name way in your listing did you say creme chesse and i pick up both creme and sour creme. Listen to mw it was a mistake and i use the cream chese to make the potato stuffing. My dear i had to sit down cuz i could not believe that my mistake was a master piece. Girl my bf bawl murder when he taste it. Going back to make it a second time and thats when i realized you said sour cream and not cream cheese. Am not turning back. 1000/1000
