where was the repair? that was testing the unit only

Does it work right or not. Guy inside keeps playing with it. Not sure if 100% fixed, what was wrong and why for video ? Just to screw off ? Please explain why there and what's going on. I'm used to pull chain docks. Much faster than this and cost zero electric.
