learn the quick and easy way to load the trimmer line into many different brands.
it is a popular design.
kobalt ryobi stihl husqavarna etc
it does take some patience.
if you get frustrated easily i would suggest getting the replacement head already pre loaded with string.
or get the 3 plastic blades.
they last a while for a reg homeowner..

You just made me feel like the smartest woman in the world!!! Thank you ☺️ I have been looking at videos on restringing my Kobolt 40v Max and never seen anyone push it through. Although I did need to remove the head to thread, then pop on and turn the dial. Ingenious 😂

You shouldn't need to pop the head off. Sometimes you need to rotate the wire 180 degrees & try to re insert it. Or bend the wire a lil b4 inserting it if it is stiff

There should be two arrows on the bottom unit. Line them up and the holes will be lined up. Once you thread the line thru, there's only one direction you can wind it WITHOUT having to push the knob in... that's the direction to wind.

.095 ... its a heavy duty quality. It isnt flimsy. Big roll is about $19 i think.

.095 is the standard
