Is this patient an incomplete SCI ? My husband had accident a year ago (L1 sci) so now they are wanting to fit him with a bilateral KAFo...one of his legs is completely healed.

Hello, Thank you for demonstrating!! I live in Washington DC and I have a brother who live in Ethiopia( Africa).He had a car accident and he didn't walk for the last 12 years and I am trying to buy for him KAFO with out prescription but I couldn't find where and how I buy it. can you please please please help me?
