Great to see you out grabbing all that air! I only started mountain biking at age 49, five years later now I'm still scared of jumps and just stick to XC riding and tech trails. Fun to watch though, and always inspires me to get out.

Glad you enjoy watching and most importantly that it inspired you to get out 😊

Seems great fun & an almost endless wooded trail (must keep your wits to avoid the trees).

Great video. If you’re still in town you should hit up Mountain of the Rogue trail system. If you need a guide I’d be happy to show you the hits.

Nice video, April! So, I have a suggestion: At about minute 8:14, your friend does a whip, and you react with "niice". I see pro riders doing that and would like to know whether they use the brakes or lift the rear end like when you're in the air, or how is it done? Might be a good instructional video either from yourself or someone really good at it. Cheers

I'm hesitant to promote another channel on this one, but in the spirit of mountain bikers being one big happy community, GMBN just posted a video on whips this week.

Thank you! When I looked at that marker, he was on the ground and not the air right? That is what’s called a scandi flick, gmbn does have a video on this! Kyle did try teaching me one day, we just didn’t film it and spend too long on it. It was hard, because we always tried saving everything for a video, so he could authentically teach me, we just didn’t have enough time 😢

One of my riding buddies is from Ashland and he kept asking me to go Ashland for riding but I have 4yrs old kiddo and Ashland is 5hrs drive....This video makes me want to go but not when logging is happening. Do you know when logging will be done and trails will be available again roughly?
@AprilRideMTB6 ай бұрын
I would almost bet the logging is done already since I filmed this at the end of April. I suggest calling Ashland mountain adventures and asking!
