Getting a loan for flight training is not that easy. It doesn't come under the category of educational loan so it totally depends upon the collateral and one's credit score. Also, in India only NFTI, Gondia has tie-ups with a couple of banks such as Axis Bank and Bank of Baroda but getting a loan from these banks also requires a collateral with the same value of the loan amount atleast. Axis Bank used to offer upto 95% loan for the IndiGo Cadet Program with a collateral of atleast the same value. But, I don't know if it still does or not.

usually after cpl, we wait for some time for vacancies or we do type rating. does the loan covers both the courses bcs usually there is some gap b/w cpl and type rating?

It totally depends upon the market condition..when you finish your course....so whether you should wait for job or go for self sponsored type rating...really depends upon your preference and budget ( most important)...you have to analyse the market and take decisions accordingly....because there is absolutely no guarantee of getting job even after that...you have to search job on your own...if you are lucky...you could get opportunity just after rating...but as there is no pattern or fixed schedule for vacancies....so nothing can be said exactly about waiting period....it could be few months to couple of years also...and only financially stable person can afford TR as per my opinion or those who have some sort of approach or connection with airline opt for it..especially those whose parents are already working in any airline....because they get job somehow by push or pull....and bro you have to take another loan for type rating...as it doesn’t comes under education loan....few banks do provide pilot training loan ..but upto CPL only...those who have kept it under education loan category.....according to my knowledge its very difficult or almost impossible to take education loan for TR....highly unlikely...only personal loan is possible...which is only given to a salaried person/businessman ...those who can show proof of stable income to bank....like your parents can take it...and type rating can be completed in 2-4 months max...do remember you have to revalidate your rating every year by spending few lakhs...because rating valid for 1 yr only...even if you didn’t got job then also...so it has its own pros and cons.....toh loan lene ka soch re ho toh repayment ka bhi plan pehle se tayar rakho...at least safeside 1.5-2 yrs tak ke liye aap EMI easily pay kar pao...even without job..utna hi loan lo..Thanks

1) Pilot Training doesn’t comes under education loan..its considered as vocational course..but few banks do provide loan...who have kept pilot training under education loan category...toh ye aapko khud se dekhna and enquire karna hoga...jis bhi bank se aap loan lene ka plan kar re ho wahan se..next 2) Agar aapko education loan milta hai then banks ka bhi ek limit rehta hai 10-20 lakhs or 30 lakhs ...usse jada vo loan provide nai karte...and India aur Abroad dono ke liye amount of loan value differ karta hai..jaise SBI ka global Ed-vantage loan hai...abroad ke liye...India main SBI ka kuch 10-15 lakhs hai maximum limit...and ye sabhi loan collateral based rehte hain..matlab aapko loan amount ke equivalent ya usse jada value ka kuch property girvi rakhna hoga...jaise non agricultural land, fixed deposit, your home or any other property..then bank waale uska evaluation karte hain fir aapko loan kitna mil sakta hai ye process karte hain...next 3) Bank aapke flying school ki fee structure ke according pay karta hai..apni policy ke hisab se...kuch banks pura loan amount distribute kar dete hain each installment main...for example aapke flying school ke fees hai 40 lakhs with 4 installment of10 lakhs each ...and loan aapka 20 lakhs hai..then bank 5 lakhs each installment main pay karega...baki ka aapko karna padega...ya ye bhi ho sakta hai ki starting ke two installment aapko apni taraf se pay karna padey and last ke two installment bank pay kare...and EMI aapke course khatam hone ke baad se start hota hai..isiliye ye option convenient rehta hai students ke liye..if you can afford..next 4) Personal loan bina collateral ke mil sakta hai..but again vo aapko apne parents ke naam pe lena hoga..kyuki vo salaried ya business person or employee ko hi diya jata hai ..and aapke parents income ke base pe hi aapko loan amount kitna mil sakta hai ye depend karta hai..plus personal loan sabse mehenga loan hota hai...and loan sanction hone ke next month se aapko EMI pay karna hai..compulsory..doesn’t matter aapka course kab shuru hota hai..ya delay hota hai ya kab khatam hota hai..usse bank ko koi lena dena nahi rehta... I already told you in the video ..if 2 yr is your course duration plus 1 yr bank waiting period added....simple interest will be applicable on your 50 lakh loan in these 3 yrs...i.e 15 lakhs....if you wish to pay this interest before EMI starts then ...principal amount will be taken 50 lakh only..and your EMI will be according to this only as per interest charged

I already told you about AME in a past video...ki koi job ya placement guarantee nahi hota..and aapko starting main khud se job search karna hoga and unka exam and all ka alag rules and regulations hai sab..ekdum detail main mujhe nai pata...baki jitna info jaruri tha maine de diya hai video main..kuch type training and all sab karna padhta hai usmain bhi..jismain pilot jitna paisa toh nai lagega..but course ka cost 3-6 lakhs hai i think i.e for AME..aapko dekhna hoga khud se kyuki institution wise bhi ye fee differ karta hai ..lekin job bhul jao...nobody can give you assurance about that..as its just a license course...like CPL...not considered as a degree or diploma...so you can use it in aviation only...baki details and rules ke liye pdf refer kar sakte ho..jo maine provide kiya hai..money arrange karna possible hai..but aapko kitna tym lagega... ye main ya koi bhi person nai bata sakta...ho sakta hai 5 saal lagey ya 10 saal lage...and uske liye pehle aapko time pe job milna bhi jaruri hai...ok

In Airline Training you need to do certain no. of take off and landing in real aircraft..as per airline requirements ..so approx between 10-20 lakhs depending upon airline to airline...some airline don’t charge for it..i.e they cut from your salary or some charge before training....so it totally depends on airline you are joining

@ 12:49 Please clarify this...If someone has 1Cr in bank and goes for Cadet program..now if he or she wants to pay 50L themselves and 50L by taking loan...then regarding the Timeline you showed..he would be spending total of 50L + the amount shown in video(1Cr 25 L) at the end of the course right? . . So it would be better for him to pay the whole course fee himself rather than taking a loan..am I right?Cause he has it in bank And secondly if someone instead of 15 years wants to repay back the loan in a lower time period..that means his monthly EMI will reduce right ?

First of all i just gave an example if someone opt for 15 yrs repayment i.e the maximum period one could get...financing fully by yourself is a good option or not I can’t say..as it depends upon your financial capacity...If you are super rich then no problem go ahead but if you have exact budget and after paying the fee you don’t have any balance left with you then this is not a good idea according to me...because if any emergency situation arises or in case you need money for any other purpose then what you will do ! To summarise , for 50 lakh loan with 10% interest and no moratorium period i.e EMI starts just after the loan is disbursed then for - Short Tenure Period ( say 5 yrs ) Will Incur-- > Higher EMI i.e 106235 ( but interest charged will be less = 1374113 ) - So total amount you will pay to bank is 6374113 - Long Tenure Period ( say 15 yrs ) Will Incur --> Lower EMI i.e 53730 ( but interest charged will be more = 4671446 ) - So total amount you will pay to bank is 9671446 thanks..i hope its clear

Bro you can become pilot in IAF without any kind of investment....but for commercial aviation pilot training you need lot of money to be honest.....as of today you require at least 55-70 lakhs for your complete training...i.e CPL, Type Rating & Airline Training ...this cost could go up also...and after all this huge investment job is not guaranteed i hope you know that....job totally depends upon market demands and your performance in airline selection process..i.e after obtaining CPL.....just like any other field...so as you said about your financial status..i wouldn’t suggest you for CPL course....go through IAF route..because after retirement you can switch to commercial sector....and airline gives you preference also...because you are already trained with high standards of IAF plus experienced

Bro..Job offer letter or letter of intent is different thing...and you will get it only after cracking any airline selection process...i.e after CPL..and as per my knowledge no bank gives you loan just on basis of LOI...yes...may be it will help you in loan processing...but...they will demand for collateral as well...above a certain limit and as per their policy...jo highly vary karta hai bank to bank...and Just for CPL course...you can apply for loan....but again...bank will demand your school fee structure and installment details + plus your collateral papers....so...contact your school officials and tell them that you are planning for loan and need their course quotation with all details about duration and fee structure...( hard copy )...ok....usually they know about and will definitely guide you...I believe... Job is not 100% confirmed....it depends upon certain terms and conditions ( i.e LOI agreement )...you have to complete the course with in given time frame with minimum retakes in all exams and checks plus need to perform as per airline standards...if you fail multiple times or couldn’t able to clear even a single exam or become medically unfit or your performance is not upto their standards ...then job assurance could be revoked...or your training could be terminated too if you were found incompetent...plus airline growth and stability also matters...if no vacancy is there when you complete your course or more number of cadets are there and vacancy is less then you have to wait for few months...and in between these waiting period if your TR become invalid...then its your responsibility to pay for revalidation and everything....but as long as you work hard...you have a job assured and will be given joining as per LOI...again it finally depends upon Indigo at last.....

Type rating ke liye aapko education loan milne ka chances ekdum kam hai...kyuki ye ekdum short period ka course hai like 2-3 months max .toh moratorium wala koi scene hi nahi hai and mere knowledge main aapko personal loan lena padega...or agar secured loan milta bhi hai..then aapko kuch mortgage karna hoga....i.e collateral compulsory lagega....jiska value aapke loan amount se zada ho...fir bhi aap ek baar bank se pata karo toh zada better hoga..kyuki sabka policy different rehta hai...Thanks

EMI will be calculated directly on the exact amount of loan.....if you pay the total interest charged during moratorium period....then that will be subtracted... otherwise if you pay nothing then EMI will be calculated on you loan amount plus interest incurred during moratorium period i.e after adding both......I hope you got my point...

Actually I've completed all legal documentation i.e. property mortgage as security. And provided them with all relevant documents but now at final stage before sanction they are asking for job guarantee by any domestic airlines which is next to impossible . This is because they have lack of knowledge ( this is first time they are dealing with Cpl file in my branch ) otherwise my friend from Nagpur recently got approval of education loan because the bank there have already sanctioned loan of Commercial pilot license.

I find both option highly risky bro....and i never recommend anybody to take a step like this where anything can happen...I personally know few people who mortgage their house or land for CPL and rest training i.e TR.. but still not got job due to some reason ( mainly due to their performance or less opportunities )...so now the responsibility of paying huge EMI is on their parents...bank can’t wait..or you can’t say have patience or be optimistic to them...either you have to pay or bank will sell your property and recover his money.....so plan well....main aapko yahan risk lene se mana nai kar raha..kyuki aapki condition aap jada behtar jante ho main nahi....take risk but it must be a calculated risk..ok....My personal suggestion to you is....take loan only if you have no options available or take a decent amount only which you can repay ..without affecting your family dynamics....even if you don’t get job for at least 2-3 years to be safe....otherwise selling all your belongings to become pilot is not at all advisable ....because this is not a movie its about your life and survival....so not at all appropriate as per my opinion...rest you decide its your life your money....agar aap comfortable ho toh aap dekh lo...baki main aapko demotivate ya darana nahi chahta...reality bata ra hu facts ke base pe....aise kai log hain jo 1 crore tak kharch kark bhi ghar main baithe hue hain...kyuki itne high investment ka matlab yahan job guarantee bilkul bhi nahi hai....jo generally students samajh lete hain......job ke liye kai factors matter karta hai...aapko already kaafi videos main main bata chuka hu...bura laga hoga toh sorry...tumko chota bhai samajh kar bol diya..ok...Thanks

Yes... you have to pay approx 1 to 1.1 lakh per month ....for 5 yrs straight... i.e for 45 lakh loan...5 yrs repayment period....at the rate of 10% interest....and if interest rate is more than 10% then obviously your EMI will increase accordingly....so makesure you have good financial backing...ok..Thanks

Maximum tenure period for education loan is 15 yrs as per my knowledge....toh aapko apne bank se puchna hoga ki unki kya policy hai...baki jitna zada duration hoga...utna zada interest accumulation hoga yearlywise..and 45 lakh loan aapko approx double padega...if your period is 15 yr.....i.e aap approx 90 lakh pay karogey at the end...jismain approx 40 lakhs sirf interest hojaega.....baki duration zada hone se EMI kaafi kam hojaega..aapke uper financial burden kam rahega...ok..Thanks

There are no scholarships bro...you have to look by yourself..if your state welfare department have any scheme for CPL or not , plus you can also check central govt scholarship scheme ( i.e details in their website )...but these are not full scholarships..as per my knowledge...approx 3-4 thousand per month is given and rest you have to pay from your own..and don’t forget CPL is just the first step..much more money will be required after that...thanks..

Payscale is not fixed it varies airline to airline....lets say on average its 1 lakh for JFO ( for starting 10 months approx ) and after that 2.5 -3 lakh for FO ( say for 3yrs ) & for Captain between 5-6 lakhs . Now for 85 lakh loan say with 10% interest and no moratorium period i.e your EMI starts just after its sanctioned....then If tenure period is 5 yrs - Total amount you will pay is 10835993 ( including interest = 2335993 ) If tenure period is 10 yrs - Total amount you will pay is 13479375 ( including interest = 4979375 ) If tenure period is 15 yrs - Total amount you will pay is 16441458 ( including interest = 7941458 ) Now you can calculate how much you can pay I hope its clear...

Without collateral no bank will give you education loan ( above a certain limit like 7-10 lakhs ) ....and if you want to take personal loan...which is the most expensive loan as per my knowledge...then it again depends upon your parents income...also policy and maximum amount limitation varies bank to bank....so you need to enquire on your own.....because few banks don’t give loan for pilot training...as it’s comes under vocational course category ...ok..Thanks...

CPL is not a degree or diploma i hope you know that ..it’s just a license with a validity of 5 yrs and you can use it for flying related job only...12th ka marks matter nai karta commercial pilot training ke liye ..sirf aapko pass rehna hai with physics and maths as your subject ...ye rule hai DGCA ka BUT, 12th overall percentage and individual subject marks in physics, maths and english jarur matter karta hai for flying school admission or any cadet program..as they have their own set of induction criteria...and it varies....so at the end it depends upon where you want to do your training...and minimum qualification sirf 12th hai even aap engineering dropout ho toh bhi usse koi farak nai padega Pilot Training main...

Taking loan depends upon collateral you have....and maximum amount which you can get for pilot training...also varies bank to bank...not fixed...or guaranteed that you will get it or not...i mean 1 crore is a very big amount...and paying all by salary is not possible...at least during initial few years...because your EMI will be in lakhs....so till you start getting good salary like 2 lakh plus...you won’t be able to repay your loan...as per my opinion...you can yourself calculate EMI for 1 cr loan.....Thanks

Bro this video itself is applicable to pilot loan or anykind of loan...but i hope you know that...pilot training is just a license course not a degree ...so generally most of the banks don't consider it under education loan category...that's why they keep it under vocational courses category...in which loan amount is very very less like 1-2 lakhs only.....but you could get education loan also....if your school have somekind of tie up with banks..or if your bank is ready to provide loan with collateral...(i.e on mortgage basis only )....so depends upon bank to bank... i can't guarantee whether you will get loan or not..but the process and formalities remains same...that's why i made this video like an educational video as its applicable to pilot or any other type of course also...and will be useful to students or beginner who doesn't know the different confusing terms used in loan...if you unable to get education loan then you could opt for personal loan...as is told you in the video..these two options are the only way out as far as loan is concerned...either for CPL or Type Rating.....I hope its clear to you now...

Bro total fees 1 crore plus minus 5-10 lakh maan ke chalo extreme case main...( failure attempts included )...second thing....Indigo doesn’t guarantee you a job ( no airline gives you )....its just a Letter Of Intention to hire you and job is competency based i.e your individual performance according to their standards...so possibility of getting job after the course is very very high or almost confirmed i can say...only if your performance is good from start to finish..i.e in CPL , Type Rating & DGCA license conversion...plus highly depends upon vacancy and airline growth when you complete the course ( for ex - read about jet airways financial crisis ).....but if you fail multiple times in any checks or exam or could not clear due to some reason....then yes there is a possibility of not getting job...so the only guarantee is in your hand i.e how well you learn and perform....koi laakh bol le 100% job...jab officially Indigo hi aapko likh kar dera hai toh vo valid hai ya koi dusra person bolra hai vo ...aap khud socho...teesri baat loan ke baare main main already video bana chuka hu...aapko utna hi loan lena chahiye jitna afford kar sako..because loan toh excitement main leleta hai aadmi...but repay bhi karna hai ye yaad rakhna...so choose wisely after proper research and self analysis...thanks..and all the best

Bro sorry to break your heart...but there are no job guarantees after these type of aviation courses....whether its AME or Cabin Crew..all these institutes are just running their business by promising placement assistance...which in reality is nowhere ...students are getting job from their own efforts and hardwork....any institute will just train you upto a level...so that you can land a job....but if anybody or institute is claiming 100% job or placement...then please stay away from that institute and save your parents money....ok bro....don’t live in this illusion...have a realistic approach..think twice before taking any step..specially in aviation....take care

It comes under vocational course category...as its not like a proper degree course...plus you already know....just doing CPL doesn’t have any kind of placement or job guarantee or security...i already said this at the beginning of the video...but few banks do provide education loan on collateral basis...like SBI , Bank of Baroda etc for cadet programs...depending upon if they have anykind of tieup with your institute.....but getting loan is totally your responsibility and depends on various factors like property you have for security...otherwise personal loan is the only option...which i never recommended anybody...as its the costliest loan...high EMI and no concept like moratorium period...EMI starts just after your loan is disbursed...so financially strong hona bohot jada important hai...jo students generally nazar andaaz karte hain...joining ki excitement main...i made this video just for basic knowledge, so that whenever you take loan for any course...you must know at least the basics...as all these terms could be very confusing for a beginner...

With say 10 percent interest rate and 15 yrs repay period..its aprrox 1.93 crore i.e approx double...with EMI of approx 1 lakh+.....but no bank will give you 1 crore loan...as i told you there is 15% or more margin money you have to pay from your pocket...
